Beside 43's headlight mod I would have to say the garage door opener that I have rigged up to the brake light. Two quick (light) taps on the brake and the door opens. I don't have to fumble with trying to ge the opener out of my tank bag. It's really quite convenient. Doc

I posted a blog some time back that I just tap the brake 2x and it activates the door opener, works great and it's packed all out of the way too. Doc

I may be wrong but I belive the R has about 20 hp less than the Z6. I have a 06 and it gets around really good. As someone has already said, save your money to buy some gear or use it for some good mods. . Doc

I've used the jacket liner for a couple of years now. It allows you just to have a long sleve tee, liner and the outer jacket and you're good to go. Doc

I just bought a LED tail and brake light to save a bit of power while running my Gerbings jacket. I'll see how you mounted yours before I install mine. Doc

The plug-n-play kit made it real easy to install. I mounted it in the same place where the old horn was with out any problems, (it hasn't bottom out on the front fender). It is a alot louder than the stock horn and people can hear me now. Good luck. Doc

I tried Lucas on one of my oil changes and I found, for me that Amsoil ran cooler and shifted smoother. Doc

You should be ok. I've done BD 43's headlight mod and I have had a Gerbings heated jacket liner for 2 years with no problems. But I think I'm at my limit. Just keep your rpm's up. When I ride in town I turn my jacket off. Your grips might not pull the watts the liner would. Hope that helps. Doc
