I use a autocom to tie all my goodies together. (Zumo 550, radar, Bluetooth) works good. I like the ability to make phone calls while riding. The Zumo 550 is a good unit to have. Doc

I have a Garmin Zumo 550, I just mounted mine directly to the battery. It has been a few years but if I remember correctly the mounting kit had a inline fuse. It was super easy and just took a short time to mount it. Be sure to use plenty of zip ties to clean up your wire job. Good Luck Doc

You can get this tint strip called speed tint from FogCity. It fits on the inside of your helmet visor and acts like an extra pair of sunglasses. At first I didn't like it, it seemed a bit too restrictive untill I rode into the sun, that with a pair of sunglasses worked great. Doc

I didn't read all the posts but I have Garmin Zumo 550. The instructions say to wire it to the battery. The GPS is a 12 volt system, it was pretty easy to do. I used zip ties to clean the wiring up. Good Luck Doc
