Ya if I get sliders again (not that i bought those, they came with the bike) i wont get ones that have a metal base i think thats what did it.

Well either its getting fixxed or going to the wreckers what ever my insurance wants to do.

The sliders came with the bike and they say fz on them so i guess they could have been for an fz1/8/6. Ya those crash bars dont look like they extend as far as one that i had seen. How safe do you think it would be to ride with the motor mount like that?

I guess i should have said Say no to these frame sliders, and if you really want protection buy crash bars instead.

I assume that with the crash bars that distribute the force in mulitple locations would help eliminate the frame cracking. And most of the time with a cracked frame, scratched front fairing, bent and more then likely needing retapping motor mount that the bike will be totaled. Thanks for your...

So today i lowsided while taking a slow turn(under 30) as there was a bunch of gravel in the road. Long story short because of my frame sliders my frame is cracked....i should have got crash bars
