Thanks you all for your help and responses, ive run the *diag* mode and nothing came from that, no codes were pulled. The plug wires are numbered from factory and all of them made it back to there respective holes, so the wires are not crossed. Fuel lines and other essential lines are all free...

Thanks for all the info. It starts up and runs like crap, if i throttle it it just falls on its face like its not getting enough fuel but there is fuel there, it like its not getting fuel at the injectors but i cleaned them and the fuel rail so im stumped, i might have to give the shop a call...

Im not understanding what your trying to get at here? You cant even tell that the tank has been repainted.
