The mid pipe (cat replacement tube) is not the same between 04-06 and 07+. So, no it isn't backwards compatible (unless you want to retain the OEM CAT). Take a look at SurfSideMoto.com, they appear to have the correct exhausts in stock and are a bit cheaper as well :) Grtz, Degake

I always run RON98 (and not the RON98 from "discount warehouses" (Makro/Metro etc.)) and my bike seemed to be running a bit smoother as well. A TB-sync is so easy, you'd better do it yourself instead of paying some place to do it.... As for the dB-killers; it would help to see a picture...
