i think that not all tyres have the same response to suspension changes, 10mm raising might be a little for this tyre but too much for an other, i suggest you move slowly +2mm the time to find what suits your new tyres. personally im at +7mm right now on pirelli corsa 3 tyres having HUGE...

check if all wires are ok connected, maybe you pulled slightly something doing/undoing the tank, not so possible but why bother charging/changing your battery only to find out it was just a click on a connector?

if you can still grip it give it a wd-40 bath and try again in a couple of hours, best would be spray a lot on the bold and a lot on a rag and let the rag on the bolt overnight

i might be wrong but i think the frame cannot bent it will break. if you bent something it might be the subframe. a yamaha stealer inspection will answer all our questions. post pictures and let us know!

mine was touching the radiator and not turning. fan wires almost burnt warranty changed it the first week i had the bike.

you can lower the front 10~15mm by raising the forks from the triple, you can shave our seat a bit, and order a lowering kit for the rear suspension for 150 or make your own for 5 everything is in this forum just search a bit. any extra info you need feel free to ask. i've done all these to mine...
