All time average 16.07 Km/L / 37.8 MPG. 95% commuting 5% long day riding. When commuting there is lot's of accelerating and braking in the 6000-12,000 RPM range. When I go for a long day's ride I get much further on a tank.

I use Yoshimoto Fog-Off or S100 anti-fog spray depending on which shop I go to. Both work equally well, I just give the inside of my visor a spray and a wipe before I leave if it's cold and humid outside, and... no fog.

Unless I'm in 1st I keep my RPM's above 4000, below that the bike has near to no power. I think that equates to about 25 mph / 40 kph in 2nd, but you shouldn't relate gears to road speed it's engine speed that matters.
