yeah i use them i have two one h4 and 1 h7. they are a bit better than stock and they illuminate the road well but it s not the wow factor you would expect. the bulbs on my bike are over two years old so i consider them a good investment (ok the bike is used only in weekends)

you would have to change the fairing stay and mirrors as they are different.

i may not be of great help but i think you can adjust the angle at which the headlights point. remove the two black inner cowls and there should be 4 nuts to tinker with, i think it would improve, if not entirely solve your problem

just for your info. the fz6 07 brakes are sumitomos ( i ve read it somwhere for sure, i ll have to find the article) and not nissins only the rear caliper is nissin. the 04-06 ones are akebonos with a rear nissin caliper

07 and 09 fit no problem they use the same part numbers, just the colours differ. 05 to 07 that s a different story, almost nothing fits without changing all the brackets etc

it can be done sure, i've seen a guy strap a tyre plus wheel on his bike (just one tyre tho not both and the wheel was the front one), make sure you strap the tyres well and pull them on the passenger seat as much as you can
