I love my Hyperpro progressive fork springs, with heavier oil. The fork perform much better but are still smooth on rough roads. A good balance.

I had a similar experience but found that the little blocks inside the terminals into which the bolt screws, had fallen down when I took out the bolt. I had to use a lever (small stick) to lift the "block" up so the bolt could screw in properly. Tricky and make sure that little bugger does not...
