Got my 04 in 2009 with 7000k's (4350 miles). Bike now has 90000k's (56000 miles). see attached. Replaced stator at 45000 k's (burnt out coil). Replaced front springs at 60000k's. Replaced chain and sprockets at 70000k's. Just had frame crack welded, replaced several...

Just had mine checked at 56k miles (first time). All within spec :eek: Mechanic also said they were all very similar, which he was quite impressed with. Also, cam chain adjustment was only half way through. Guess I'm good for another 50k :thumbup: Gotta love Yamaha quality. Cheers...

Okay guys, got my frame back today :thumbup: I'm really happy with what he's done, welded both sides and then welded a plate over the area to strengthen it. Then heat treated the whole area. All for $120 :eek: Now I just need to clean it up and paint it. I can't put the bike back...
