Cheapest luggage thing I found (and use :) ) is a roll bag: It's like 20us$ and 100% waterproof. I attach it with a spider-net elastic. I know it's not really a saddle-bag solution, - but it's cheap and it works :thumbup:

Last night after removing most of the parts up for cleaning this winter: Can't ride the bike until 1st of March due to insurance laws here in Denmark anyway, so I spend my "bike time" cleaning all those hard to reach places I neglect the rest of the year.

So, once again my Baby is back inside the house, - same spot as last winter, and yes that means that my bike shed building plans are still only plans ...... Wife is grumpy about it for the first few days, but she will get over it, just like last winter :) Now I'll spend the next 3 months...

Tar patches should be banned by the Geneva convention!!!

Only break-in needed is to take it easy for the first 100 miles /160 Km or so. This will remove the oil and other stuff leftover from the production of it.
