I'm not sure about that. If they were going out of business, you'd think all their sliders would be on Clearance. Looking over their site, only the FZ1 and FZ6 sliders are on clearance. Maybe they aren't selling enough of them? Bummer for me... I also need to replace one black slider tip.

Congrats on the FZ you're getting! How do you like your Bonneville? I've always liked the looks of those... looks like a fun lbike.

+1. Anything that's solid and has a decent size "footprint" to keep it from sinking in dirt and sand should work okay. You could try using the center stand too.

The EX500R is an excellent bike, and was my first bike. The engine is reliable and has some get-up-and-go, so won't bore you too fast. Congratulations, enjoy the ride, and be careful out there! :Sport:
