I only counter-steer to initiate a lean. Once the wheels are free from the forward gyroscopic force, I use the throttle to steer the bike. I can ride through pretty much most corners with zero bar input, once leaned over. After that, I only need one hand... my throttle hand. MSF is good, but...

Ok... I put about 1300 miles (yankee measure) on the FZ this past weekend. I rode some freeway, mostly two-laners, and almost a full day in the wet stuff. These are nice tires for the money. I only had a few slips at Deals Gap, but that was in the rain when I crossed over some wet leaves, here...

That's one of my favorite words. :D I agree with the horn part. The gun part... not so much. :D I use my horn on occasion, but mostly when I pass someone and give it a little "beep-beep" to say "thanks!!" I don't commute too much on the bike so I don't find myself needing to hit it very...
