You can buy a cherry bomb exhaust from the U.S and with some cheap pipework you can install one single can under your tail but i think that there is a much better way to do it! The following days i will post a "how to" make your own cheap exhaust with total cost less than 300 U.S dollars.

The red part is the one who is atached right after the catalytic converter an the ID 45mm so you are gonna need 5-6cm of Φ48Χ1.5 inox tube. (OD 48 tube with 1.5mm tickness) The green part is the one who is atached at the stock muffler and the OD is 45mm so you are gonna need 60-70 cm of Φ45Χ1.5...

None. There is no Gsxr's triple plate that fits the fz6. You must make it fit like i did.

You can find small cheap cans in ebay with 40 US dollars and with the proper pipework you can have a cheap exhaust system.

It is made from inox "304", it is welded by TIG welding machine, the tickness of the tube is 1,5mm and it is looking much better than it looks in the photo. The photo taken right after welding, before polising it. R1 cans??? Very nice but have in mind that there gonna be fitted more...

I think that G.P.R are too expensive. You can do it your self using a can from a car and a piece of 45mm tube with much less than 100 euros.

Sorry for the delay! I had a look and now i can answer for sure! I did't use any special bolts. I did use my original bolts. They work just fine almost 2 years without a problem. And, yes, there is a small lip at the edge of the spacer so the rotor can be cendered. The small lip explains...

The summer is gone and i've made some minor changes. I gave away my akrapovic exhaust and i've replaced them with an other couple totally hand maded by me. I needed more torgue at low end rpm and the akrapovic didn't have enough backpressure for this job. So i've installed back the catalytic...
