Sorry to resurrect an older thread, did you get your helmet sorted David? I've been looking at getting a Shoei XR-1000 (RF for our non-uk brothers and sisters), theres only one store by us that have any Shoei lids. I tried on the M, but it doesn't feel quite 'snug', it's comfy.. but as stated...

What do you find to be the best chain lube available here? Seen alot of posts recommendeding the Dupont stuff, but can't seem to find that in uk? I have tried some from Wurth, which wasn't too bad. Recently tried some Silkolene stuff which is *terrible*, as I keep my bike under a cover at the...

I'm thinking the titanium + black adjuster, but will try drilling the lever (as per BD's suggestion) on there before I shell out the hard earned :thumbup:

Thanks for the replies all, bd43 that is the exact one! From the looks of that picture, I think they must have just bolted a different lever in (designed for a narrower bushing) :spank: This is the stock collar which I picked up (approx 10mm diameter) :

Only recently got around to checking my clutch lever, it has felt a bit 'loose' since I took ownership of the bike. Turns out it was missing the bushing/collar. Ordered a replacement up per the manual (part# 5JJ-83913-00), but it doesn't fit in the lever :eek: The replacement bushing looks...

Thanks for those, I had only recently PM'd Andy about round vs oval. Seeing them both, I don't think the decision is any easier! One thing for sure, I bet they sound awesome :cheer:
