i mean considered vintage, as increasing in value with age... maturing... anyway its a matter of preference and i dont want to get flamed again. if people are willing to pay money to buy things like that well, i cant really say anything.

i couldnt agree more!;););) motorcycles are affected by technology to much to be ever considered vintage... kinda like computers..old ones just suck. :P

doesnt the K&N filter demand a power commander to re calibrate stuff now that the bike has new "data" concerning air intake and the factory settings are inadequate???

if it had an ABS version id would have bought it instead of the FZ... but, it doesn't and it costs more, so that sucks really... more money-less safety is a deal breaker for me. looks sexy tho..

throughout Europe the ABS option costs about 500 euro more, I really don't think there is any sort of price strategy behind the chopped line of bikes that appear on the states, if I remember correctly there isn't even the FZ6 available in the states (naked version) and that definitely not a...

ABS is avaialble in europe since at least the 2007 models, my guess is that since america is a very poor market for japanese motorcycles, they get the leftovers.

i think that a guy can definitely use the term. sexy for a bike, anyhow, i think that the fared version is more conservative looking, thus more unlikely to be called sexy.. well, at least thats the feedback that im getting from all my friends

well. the mazda is sexy (though i think the miata is a very ugly roadsted compared to the rx7,rx8,mr2,s2000,nissanZ etc) because its LOW. as all the fully faired sportsbikes. i feel that the fared fazer is simply too tall, not to mention that it has a half fairing, and that for me looks like it...

imho, the naked version (FZ6)is dead sexy and agressive, (as most modern naked bikes) the faired version though strikes me as a very boring commuter that traded all of its looks for wind protection, and i would denifinitely not call it sexy or sleek... but hey, thats just me personal...
