    My s1 pops when co values are low. I added some numbers to values (+5 to c1 and c2) and now it's so fine, no pops or something funny from exhaust. Bike is full stock.

    solve the code 30 issue. You would remove the lean sensor and make a jumper on it's wiring socket. I recommend to replace it if hotwiring works. Also check the killswitch where stays on right side of handlebar.

    don't forget to lubricate caliper pins with lithium grease (nr 8-17 in parts fische). Also You may try to lubricate the pins and if it's still not working properly, you would replace the caliper seals. Use fine dot4 fluid when assembling the seals into caliper for lubrication. You can polish...

    I would test the battery load. Your bike's R/R may be dying as well. Voltage drops when revving is the clue but you should test the R/R from it's socket. Also, electrical system should be not loaded (no taillight and no headlight) when testing. bike should be warmed for the true voltage...

    If your concern is nose diving, try to harder springs. I'm using my '05 fz6 fazer with HEL brand braided racing lines and oem pads and it's hard lock (my bike got 2pot calipers). Also, I did pretty strong brakes several times and no, bike's tail weren't get lifted. sorry for my English. Ride...

    your pump looks ok, I replaced mechanical seal and other things on mine and your's not looks like my bike's pump. Mine was worse but it's so fine now.

    also I read bad things about volar chains... I'd rather stick to did gold x-ring :) and if you buy supersprox, it'll be match the colors and will way tough than a aluminum rear sprocket.

    a fine 04-07 fz6 fazer is near $6500 here. So rebuilding is a very fine option IMO :thumbup: IF driver were attached a gear indicator near to speedo, this scene wouldn't be happened.
