Cam chain tensioner braked into pieces and assebled again. don't open it up!

Hello. Yesterday I braked into pieces my fazer's cct and fix it today. I were fixed a 2010 kawasaki zx6r cct a while ago, it's a simple rod (with stoper) and a spring. Because of sping aging, cct wasn't extending enough and it was weak. So I made a spacer for it. Spring got some preload with...

    Header gasket missing

I'm not exactly sure but exhaust valves would be off. so you would check the valve clerences. and don't forget to go with step by step for balanced installation when tightening the header nuts.

All Balls Racing steering head bearings, noob question!

they will perfect fit to fz6, I used them and thats an optical illusion because of roller's angle. Also, roller type has longer life than ball type oem bearings. P.S: use the kit's dust cover for lower triple and use the existing oem upper cover for new bearing set. Be easy when disassembling...

    08 FZ6 Condensed Build thread ~Final Impact~

why? it's just buckets, will re-shimming not work for clerance adjusting? Are used buckets can be used with r6 cams after sanding with 2000 paper?

Follow up threads about front brake squeaking + brake, piston cleaning..

if I'm not wrong, there should be a pointer on the part #21 for upside. I think you assebmled that part after cleaning and fixed it after weeks of using... anyways, nothing is better than a self-repairing rider :)

    Simple DIY Saddle Bag Bracket

good job, well done :) By the way I prefer rear rack (shad sh50) for helmet and other things, and hard side bags (because of I can lock them with key and leave the bike alone with bags when I gone to beach)

    head straight into gravel trap

forgive me but, why a rider goes in to racing way when weather is wet and so cold? Also, you saved fine BTW. If you were forced to turn that corner, something bad would be happen. Ride safe and please consider your hand's health, too. cold is not a good thing for body joints.

Group I II III, vs IV & V oils - Yep!

I just want to correct one thing. Motul 5100 is %80 synt, %20 mineral. It's SEMI SYNTH oil. But 7100 is full synth, and 5000 is 50-50 semi synth BTW. oil grades are interesting. In Turkey, everyone is trust castrol expect me :) I discovered castrol's hydro-cracking method for synth logo on...

    Throttle Tension Problems???

First is first. You should raise the idle. At least it should be 1200. Answer for your question is, your throttle cable is too much tightened. wd40 is fine for cables I think. It softens my fz6 fazer's clutch cable. but if Scott says it's not suitable, it should be true. You can...

    Strange sound from Water pump?!

Hi everyone. I fixed the bike a month ago. Sorry for delaying. there is a ceramic damper between impeller (no 5) and mechanical seal (no 4) and it was broken. Changed broken part, mechanical seal, bearing and oil seal. Also that part comes with mechanical seal, in same nylon bag. Whistling...
