Yeah they are. They bulbs are inexpensive but can be very cumbersome to replace if one burns out. It has a back cover to it that you have to manufacture a hole to run the wires through and cut to get the brackets to fit just right. It doesn't come with brackets you have to manufacture them...

DUDE we have similar taste! Those are some of the same ones I considered. As a matter of fact, I got the 4th one down on your list.

FYI.... you may have problems using clip-ons with the original FZ6N headlight. I initially planned on doing clip-on with the FZ1N headlight, but I ran into a problem with not having enough room to attach the mounting bracket to the forks as the clip-ons were mounted directly under the top...

I went an saw it last night at a IMAX 3D. I had a headache after it was over. Not sure it was pressure from the 3D glasses or what. My wife had the same thing. Freakin' outstanding movie. Thought it was a bit stereo typing though.
