Outside diameter are 7/8 inches. From other forums I've read some of the "cheapo ebay" bar end mirrors are not too bad.

If I mounted the clip ons below the triples would it affect the turning geometry in any way? The bike is going naked so fairing clearance is not an issue but would the tank clearance be another issue?

Is the front stay with the two 12 mm bolts the only piece that holds this together for the front of the bike? I been trying to get the bolts out but I don't have enough leverage to break the bolts open any suggestions would be great thanks!

Yes. Search the Modification subforum and you'll find plenty of advice on how to do this and what needs to be done.

only clipons nothing else. We use these for our FZ6s and can use the stock bar ends when they are mounted.

I think people have mounted this headlight on the FZ6. However reading from other forums the lighting in them are terrible. So if you plan to do some night riding you might need to upgrade the lighting system.
