Maybe I should richen it a bit then... I bought the bike with a scorpion exhaust already installed. I'll have to search the threads ... I know somebody had mentioned that they had just done a +3 or something on the display to richen the AF mix and that got them the best dyno results. Not sure...

Yeah, I had mentioned bi-xenon's in an earlier post. I did all the research for my RSX and I originally had an Ebay projectors with HID's and now I've got one of both... I should take a picture to show off the beam pattern you get with reflectors that aren't designed for HID's so everyone knows...

H'mmm ... neither of the videos look like they are from our bikes... could anybody put up a video of our bikes with both options or any option for that matter. My guess is the best solution would be low beam HID and high beam halogen because of the beam pattern etc.

I still don't get this... how can you have a high beam by only adding more power. It doesn't make any sense because high beams aren't any brighter than lows ... they just point stright like this --- instead of down like this \

Bulb = color temp. You can't have dual low beams and a high beam unless you put a bixenon projector in (has a solenoid move the cutoff shield up and down). Fuses don't pose any problems. What is an issue, is the high AWG (small) wire the bike has for halogens. It will decrease the life of you're ballasts (the expensive part). Because of the higher current draw when the ballasts fire up. BTW, the 55watt kits are very nice. I wouldn't worry about...

I would just use some acetone... just be careful with it. Should work quick.

Personally I think this thread should be discarded and a new one with tips named how to trouble shoot the electrical system or soemthing like that should be stickied. Just my opinion as a user that only looked at the thread because it was stickied. A more useful title would also eliminate...
