Your read preload may be too high when you are riding by yourself. Two up with more weight the suspension would compress more with the weight going into the turnsand bemore stable. I may try lowering the preload when you ride alone and the suspension should compress better and give better...

My friend has the Ninja 650 and ive ridden it and i think the FZ is a WAYY better bike. The ninja has the supersport lean to it and i felt alot of my weight was on my wrists. The seat is tilted way forward and it felt like i was making love to the tank most of the time. (his wife) kept slidding...

I cant vote because there isnt the right choice for me. No i dont think that loud pipes make me more visable but i like the sound. It makes me more happy

The arrow mid pipe WILL work with the devil cans. I did it and it made a HUGE sound diffrence and the butt dyno said it made a diffrence too

I agree with al that have posted. My moms GS500 had this problem and i just took the cable off the handle and lubed it all up real well untill i saw a little lube drip out the other end of the cable and it has worked flawlessly since
