It doesn't need to go hard or anything, the Rizoma ends have a bit in the end you can open up where you tighten up the bolt, it's got heaps of empty space in there. I'll see if they go alright as they are, and if they need more I'll try blutac or something.

Just got my Rizoma bar ends! They're a bit lighter than I expected.. Does anybody see any problems with filling the ends of them with play dough or something?

I agree to a point, but I hardly think a law like this should affect any of our bikes or exhausts. Never have I heard an exhaust on a sport bike that I thought was so loud it should be illegal. Cruisers/choppers on the other hand.. some of them are just deafening, and they don't even sound good...
