Dude serious, replace the tire ... fast. My guess is that they are the rubber is gone "bad". Check the DOT numer and see how old they are. Tires are so important for your safety! The dumbest thing is to save cost on them.

I really would not lower the forks any more than 10mm ... 15mm MAX. This really affects the handeling a lot. I would put the clipons below the triple. Anyhoe, nice work tho. Shiny finish :thumbup:

If you payed all that money for a PC ... you should realy get a got dynotune. That's really the whole point, so you can have a custom map for you bike with your needs.

Wolf, about the titanium headers. Why not look for an R6 header (Akra, Yoshi) and customize that? Tit isn't the easy'est metal to work on, but don't you have some custom bike builder in your area? Titanium is still very liked on MTB's, I would think there are some builders in Aus who can...

Sorry man, but if you want a real power increase it's just better to get another bike. FZ1, Speed triple, R1, etz .... You could get more HP out of the 6 but with a lot of money and a less reliable bike as a result. If you like modding your bike, go ahead. But if your just looking...

btw ... those are chicken strips. No standard FZ6 can lean so far the front has no chicken strips. I they have rearsets and the bike was ridden on track maybe. But they don't look like worn track tires at all.

Keep the cat, and just put a straight pipe instead of the muffler. Cheap, just one pipe. Louder, but I guess not to loud. Keep your stock muffler stock. Don't go ruining it. And raise your CO level.

Maxxis aren't the greatest sport-road tires. And like "wrightme43" said, mixing 2 brands on a bike is never a good idea. You can really mess up the handeling. Get some well know brand tires and get a good safe handeling :thumbup:.
