I do one workout a week in the gym concentrated on my legs for track. Cause they have to be fit if you want to ride correct/fast. The more endurance you have, the more you can concentrate on the riding itself. Plus I ride my pushbike everyday and go to the gym another 2day's besides the leg...

You can't be too carefull about the brakes ... stopping safe is quite important :D.

Ps: dual compound tires are fine ... "all" the new models are dual compound now.

Pirelli's wear fast. But once they are worn beyond the wear markers, get new tires! The tire will melt away and the grip will be a lot less. I'm not the most carefull rider out there, but my tires are always in good condition with the right pressure.

Light tinted visors aren't worth the money imho. If you are buying a screen for sunny day's go for a dark tinted visor. Iridium (chrome) are just for the look and work just as wel as a dark tinted visors. In the dark they both suck ... you can ride with them, but it's not as safe as a...

A stock filter needs to be changed only every 40.000 km/24854 miles, so why bother with a more expensive K&N. It's one of those things where the stock part is as good as it gets. An K&N won't hurt, but won't do any good either.

They are the same part numer from 2004 -> 2008. So yes.

You need another MC ... these are six pistons and with the stock 16mm MC you wouldn't create enough brake fluid movement. Plus these kind of calipers really "need" to be combined with a radial mc if you want to use their potential stopping power.
