I use Alpine earplugs ... 99% of the time. When doing small, slow rides I sometimes don't put them in.

If you lower the triples enough to mount the clip-ons, the geometrie wil be altered to much ... My advice, don't do it. The max you sould lower the triple is 10mm. If the clip-ons hit the tank, you can always put "steering bumps" so the range of motion is less.

On the street they where good enough, on the track they wheren't. The stock 2pot aren't that bad at all, some braided lines and good pads (EBC HH) go a long way :thumbup:. But still even on the street it's nice to be able to brake hard with only 2 fingers. But I wouldn't spend so much time...

I rode the 1125 for half a day and found the front brake not so good. They have good stopping power, but no good feel. A modern radial setup gives a lot more feel with braking imho. And MotoGP have more power, weigh less and have a better chassis ... don't see the point of the comparison...

I'm 6,1 and about 190lbs (athletic build), 1m86 and 87kg. The steel, laguna seca, ... older style suits are to short in size 54 euro. I do have quite long leggs and arms, but no bonobo style. The newer style suits: w-frame fit better. The have the same slim fit, but a bit longer leggs...
