i never really noticed that it was any quieter, but i did notice that it moved the wind that was blasting my chest and head before. it all went over my head after the install.

i love the new bike. as much as i enjoyed the FZ6, i love the CBR even more. the bike is very smooth, never complains, a breeze to control, the list goes on. i actually find the liter bike to be easier to ride around town, it doesn't sputter as much at low rpm's like the FZ6 did.

canadianfz6, i'm not all that interested in getting an r6, although it is a nice bike. i was just more curious than anything to see what could be done to make the bike a little sportier. i love it the way it is :) racing an fz6 would be cool....it would be nice if we had some interest for that...

i actually only bought the horn because my stock horn failed me in a low speed situation. someone practically ran me off the road, and they never heard the horn. i had it blowing for a while, and she never even looked.

the smell went away after the first ride. and i loved the smoke when it first came out in my garage :D

i should have elaborated on what "really hot" is. while the bike is moving, it's running around 195, and at a stop, it's hitting 215. it never used to go above 205, even in the middle of the day during summer. i have not tried unplugging the battery, but it's a good idea. i'll go do that. i'll...

after installing my 2bros yesterday, my engine has been running really hot. someone suggested that the fuel mixture may be running too lean, but after searching the forum, it sounds like that shouldn't be a problem. what could be causing this?

there is a lot of blue on that bike....it must be very fast :thumbup:
