I like it but agree with the above. If it was in a really tight place and hard to get at then I would pay up and try the new one. Fortunately the drain plug on the FZ6 is easy to get at. Now on the other hand if they have something for spark plugs............................. Steve

A gear indicator would not have helped you here I don`t think. You have to take your eyes off the road to look at the indicator and then take all the necessary actions to correct your mistake, by that point it is too late anyway. Taking your eyes off the road is not a good idea at anytime, never...
