Warranty? I have no idea but I'm sure any instrument cluster related issues will not be covered under warranty after this mod. There's a bit of cutting involved to get the acumen display to fit flush. The program button is now on the back of the instrument cluster.

Price includes Acumen and installation. I also changed the color of the lcd, it is blacked out red. Should look like this. I'll post some more pictures when I get the unit back.

The visibility during the day is about the same as stock. I'll take a picture when I get a chance. I ordered them directly from competiton werkes. The signal cleans up the front a bit.

I think I'm leaving them silver to match the clutch and break....unless I eventually paint them black too :)

These turn signals match the ones from the competition werkes FE kit. I had to hack the factory brackets to mount them.

At the time the pictures were taken, I had only painted the headers. Since then, I've painted the whole exhaust black...I didn't like seeing the bare stainless in the middle of the bike.

I don't know what the voltage for the factory amber leds are but the voltage for the white LEDs (SLT-773W) is 3.1v. The LCD is attached with 3 screw and the row of solderpoints.

I found the best way to get the gauge cluster out is by removing the 4 screws that attach the headlight to the frame. You don't even have to touch the fairing, it is attached to the headlights. Once that is removed, you can now unplug the wire harness and then the 3 screws behind the gauge...

I used high temp header ceramic paint from O'Rillly's. Removed the headers, gave it about 5 coats of flat black, then baked them according to the instructions. Its only been 2 weeks and I expect the paint to last a while.

I got the seat custom made from carservicesinc.com in San Antonio. It has been reshaped and lowered to accomidate my 5'6" frame. The cover material is also different and nicer than stock.
