Yes it was about 3 hours. I took time to give the sprocket and chain a cleaning as well. Probable would have taken about 2 1/2 hours to remove the rims from the bike and mount the new tires. I use the Harbor Freight tire changer. It does ok. I didn't even have to use the changer to...
