I Agree but if he spends a good amount of time at hwy / interstate speeds he may regret going that drastic just feels rough at higher speeds to me. If you are mostly all twisties then I guess there would be little downside to it but if you do a fair amount of highway you may not like it. But if...

Actually I think you would have to shift sooner if you drop -1 or -2. Your R's are going to be higher at a lower speed. Not to mention that -2 will make you frown at highway speeds, would me anyway. I went -1 and loved it then I went +1 on the back and just that small difference was noticeable...

That is an easy mod that can even be installed on the FZ6 (rider) in under a minute, Its called the depends mod. :spank: With all the close calls and riders down this last year I think it might be a worthy mod to consider. :D

Yeah, I know where your coming from there but I would still have to agree that there should be something that keeps new riders or at least new riders under a certain age off liter bikes. Yes, it could have been an FZ6 but it is undoubted easier to screw up on the bigger bikes. I would look at it...
