I split some when traffic on the freeway drops around 20mph or slower, but it's not illegal in CA, just not specifically legal. :thumbup: On the rare occasion I will split town if there's a long line at a light, or I'm sitting behind a car that is billowing oil or smoke at me.

Well after a few thousand miles wearing the gloves daily I've had the same issues as spamthefood. The velcro on these gloves is not up to par with the rest of the construction. I really like the fit and feel of the gloves, but the velcro on the cuffs does not stick anymore and they flop open...

I've been using my GPS since day one and it's 2-3 mph off between 20-30mph, then 5-6 mph off between 31-70, and 7-10 mph off above that. Once I'm over 40 I just go with the flow of traffic or 5 mph indicated above the speed limit and figure I'm safe.

All I can say is wow. I picked up a cable lube tool from Cycle Gear and some cable lube, disconnected the clutch cable from the lever, shot enough lube through the tube that it came out the other side, let it sit, went for ride. The difference is night and day. I can't believe the difference...
