Mine was right around $50 from Cycle Gear. I'm not military, but I do wear the vest and enjoy the added viability when I'm on longer rides. I also keep a balaclava, ear plugs, and some money in the zipper vest pocket. So far it's held up great and I've had no issues with it.

I wear the icon mil-spec reflective vest when I go out for long rides or in low visibility situations, so I qualify as an Icon :squid: too :rockon: .

Cali I'd love to ride with you and that's a great route. I normally try to do the reverse and leave out Hemet/Sage. I was out last weekend and the wind through Wynola/Julian was pushing 50+ mph gusts...today must have been a much better ride. Hope you had a blast. 27, I work like 5 minutes away...

I'm currently hovering around 200 lbs. I'd like to get to 180 by summer and then down to 175 and hold that. I'm a junkfood junkie and have a major sweet tooth, so this will be a war of mind of appetite :eek:

I like the simplicity of the D-ring. Maybe it's years of riding dirt bikes, but I don't think I'd be happy with another system and haven't seen proof that anythings better than a D-ring, so D-ring it is. :D

I have a pair of Alpinestars GPX which look similar to the S-MX2 gloves that you posted. I love the fit and feel of the Alpinestars gloves, but found myself wanting longer cuffs as the GPX's are short cuff. I ended up with getting a pair of Teknic gloves at a great price and although they fit...

Only time my visor is up is at a stop or in parking lots. When on a street and moving the visor is down or cracked a hair to let in some air. I've taken too many bugs, rocks, and other debris off the visor :eek: to risk having the visor up.
