is #16 a bearing as well? either way, my understanding is that his failed bearing was pretty much a throwout bearing or pilot bearing (car terms), it only spins when the clutch is pushed or in bike cases pulled in.

They arent in that bad of shape, I have for sure seen worse. Scott: I thought the 9's were stock in all of our bikes until the FZ6R? I pulled the 9's out when I did mine...and I highly doubt they had been changed before, they were very worn :D

I would have just pulled off the line from the pump and put a piece of 5/16 hose on the end and turned the ignition on and let the fuel pump out into a bottle or something... but get a pic of you holding the tank upsidown up high,,,, we can call it the gas dance Blah
