haha, same thinking as me. One of the reasons why not to choose a sportsbike is because of the sky high insurance premium that would have to be forked out. As this bike is categorized under "normal road bike", insurance paid was way lesser. So its kindda like beating the system since...

surely they wont remove the best selling model worldwide from their production lineup, doesnt make good business sense

Was going from shop to shop looking for a frame sliders. I didnt like the idea of getting my OEM fairings drilled. In the end, manage to use my friends suggestion and got an R1 08 frame sliders. Yeap and no drilling was required, yippee~

wow, kickstart huh.....dont miss it..... the kickstart lever is like a dog that bites u back of you do not kickstart it properly

hie, I used maxima chain wax to lube the chains after washing the bike.... other than that im covered with scottoiler.

i either place the catch at a low level or set the litres i required. seen many cars set the catch at the highest level and leave it to run while they sit in the car. walla~ a fountain of gas is created =)

all's not lost... at least we know how not to wipe the bike....
