I have the SMH10R as well and use it when Motogiro and I ride. Very nice units. I listen to music via Bluetooth and while the quality isn't perfect, it's acceptable. My wife also could not tell I was even riding when she called me. The noise filtering is that good. Great product!

While I used it, it was great! Unfortunately it took a really hard tumble onto concrete, so I no longer use it, since the shell might be compromised. I could send it to Nolan to have them check it, but I got a Shoei Qwest instead :) Still, the quality of the helmet was really good.
