i'm sure its already been said, if it were me, i'd go the insurance route. Save your friend the massive finantial pain of it all (ok ok he deserves it...but none the less....thats what insurance is for) Get your friend to pay for your insurance when you renew next time or simply the extra...

or if both members were to organise with the dealer that each person would buy a different kit and the dealer ship the H7 and H4 for one member and the same for another member. Should be no big deal to the seller if its well organised before hand.

Wow the H4 dual set up is terrible compared to the normal H7/H4. You cant dispute those projectors!! :)

Do what I did with the rectangular nut thingy's, get a foam ear plug, cut them to size and shove them under this rectangular nut things...when you screw the bolts back into the battery, do it gently and you'll get a bit every time! :) Alternatively, take one bolt to your hardware store and buy...

I believe it should. All the seats are the same..just the covering and internal sponges are different I believe. Our 2007+ bikes here in Europe have the new and cooler seat that you can see in the bottom image of Mastakilla's post! The rough parts on the edge of the seat are GREAT for grip...

I'm just going to hijak the thread for a quick question seeing as there's so many of you on here!! I'm probably going to be over in San Diego in either August/October for a science conference. I'll get some time to myself while I'm there so is it difficult to get a bike rented out?
