    Thanks for the heads up. I also recently got the ContiMotion due to the "great" price point, but after hearing this.... I will definitely keep an eye out for premature threadwear especially on the rear.

    How often do you use your battery tender?

    I had my Battery Tender since '08 and I keep my bike attached to it every night all year long. Kept my battery at peak performance all this time and I have an '07 FZ6 with original battery.

    Sorry to hear about the bike's misfortune, the good thing is that you weren't on it when your Dad backed up :rolleyes: Parts can be replaced anytime. At least you're okay. Let the insurance handle the bike repair.
