I just put on a pilot road2 also. Only about 75 miles so far, so no real opinion yet. From what I read, people were getting good mileage out of them , and were very happy with their performance.

I should be doing this next week, after my tire gets here(Pilot road2). I'll let you know if I run into any difficulties. A friend of mine just did this on his kids R-6, he said it was pretty easy. Obviously it is a little different, but not much.

I did read your post, Why are you stopping in 5th, 3rd, or 2nd? It sounds like you are not downshifting. I'm sorry if I'm misunderstanding you. Are you having trouble downshifting while you are moving, or are you stopping completely, then trying to go down through the gears?

Why would you not be in N or 1st while you are stopped, or even more confusing when you start your bike???? The FZ6 and the bikes I previously owned ( EX-500 and CBR600F2) all did this. If for some odd reason I was not in N or 1st, I would have to engafe the clutch a little to change gears.

HJC makes a few. CL-SP, CL-15, AND AC-12. I bought my wife the CL-SP in flat black from newenough for $99, but they are out of the black. It is a nice helmet though.

I use "Turtle wax Ice polish", It is real easy to work with and you can put it on about anything (plastic, rubber,vinyl) it can be applied in direct sunlight and on hot surfaces.
