We have not had one day above 90° in the month for July here and 7 or 8 days where the high temperature has not gotten above 80°. It has also rained a lot. It is usually 90°+ and very humid here this time of the year.

I ride all summer and the low to mid 90's are fine(80's are better). Its when the temps get in the 98, 99 100's it starts to become a problem for me.
