Ok, So the dremel works ok on the Disk brakes, but does close to nothing to the chain. Any idea how much a new chain costs? I have only found it as a sprocket-chain combo.

I like the new bags, but if you don't mind me saying so, they sort of hang inward. Do you see this as an issue? Do these bags require any sort of frame, or do they just hang from the seat? I have been considering some bags like this, so let me know what the verdict is.
