Nice work! I would HIGHLY recommend to clear coat it. You can get automotive clear coat in a spray can now!

Thank you! It's my way of giving back to all those who helped me along the way and is condensed into one, easy to see and use resource instead of having to spend days searching through forums (like I did when I first started modding). It's also nice to have basically a diary of my bike!

Umm I don't think you have to worry about 'melting' the luggage! First off, the stock exhaust cover on the FZ6 is made of PLASTIC! yes, that's right, plastic - not metal. I have basic Joe Rocket textile saddlebags that come very close the the exhaust and never experiecend any melting...

Absolutely love my choices (refer to my first post for fabric details). The main seat material (SEL065) is almost like a microfiber/suede or a chamois material. Soft and not slippery - it holds you inplace. Would not want to use these seats for a track day! The other material (SEL003) is...

Well I don't think you can go wrong with getting a TS seat for several reasons: - it IS more comfortable than stock hands down - it looks nicer than stock - the Euro is in the dumper right now so you can take advantage of that and save some money. - not 'slippery' like Crobins tend to be...

Yeah Mine has a bit of a gap too around the tank, but comforms better once you sit on it (forces it into place). Again, I think this is due in large to them using that very flexible seat pan. With the fabric pulled so tight on it, it actually distorts the shape of the pan.
