^^^^ What he said. As for installation, it's pretty simple. Take the 'oil pump' cover off at the green circle in image below. Be careful with the gasket...or have a new one on hand.

Agreed. The new levers would not be the issue; if pads are installed correctly, brakes function as they should (stop the bike)...it's probably just the caliper pistons not retracting enough. I'm sure they're due to be taken apart, cleaned, new seals installed. Not a difficult job at all...

Alternative to custom seat: Try an Airhawk. World of difference for me - you sit on a cushion of air and you're just a bit higher than normal. I only use mine for longer rides, remove it for my daily commuting. Airhawk R at Revzilla

I believe it takes a 19mm Spindle. Alternatively, what I use (thanks to this forum) is a 5/8 spark plug socket . Stick an extension in the 'wrong' side and you're in business. You may have to remove the rubber boot from the spark plug socket that helps to hold spark plugs in place.
