Interesting post, I was just looking around, thinking what bike is in market that can replace fz6, for the price and power. I thought shiver, that girl is super high maintenance. FZ7 is small, in terms of power, 09 is too much in A mode, if it doesn't rain and still not going for track day this...

I guess the OP meant FZ9 is not as an all rounder as our 6, touring in 9 is hard, as it is naked. Less miles range per tank.

The reason to put credit card is, one of them is Discover, where I can freeze the who account using my smartphone app, AND Credit cards have 0$ liability, I got used to such things, I really don't worry about fraud charges. Scott, one thing for me is, I don't travel much, maybe once in a year...

NC doesn't allow insurance on electronic yet.

I have two credit cards, 20-30$ including some spare change, expired driver's license, proof of insurance, and some photocopies of registration in a couple of ziplock bags under the seat :) besides my OEM tool kit..!

Did some cleaning: Found out there is one LED strip that had a disconnection, right above the chain, but there is lot of tape holding it, it won't fall on the chain while riding though. Anyway, need to replace the LED strip tomorrow evening..! Mother's mag, I learned, if the headers are hot...

Do you have the clamps for the handlebars* and are those same bar end weights as fz6? Will your bar fits my S2? I want to get rid of that plate which bolts on to the handlebar to the stem: I want something similar to this, so, that I can same some space on my handlebar for camera or some other...
