That's a 2005. IT could have a bad TPS that was in the recall but was never taken in. Another thing that can cause funny idle behavior is a failing kill switch. Would not hurt to make a jumper to bypass the kill switch to see if the intermittent idle calms down.

TPS' have been known to go bad but test fine thru the dash. Read up on that thread. .
