can you please try this.. remove the bulb from the headlight and then try flipping the high/low beam and check if the indicator flips This will atleast rule out the bulb.. then the only possibility as Motogiro mentioned would be a wire with insulation open...

yes it is possible to install projectors on the VS01/VS02 here are some pics . . .

The VS02 naked kit has 35W/35W bulb. So if both High and Low beams are ON at same time the total load is 70W and the headlight is designed to handle 70W. If you replace it with 65W/65W and you have a relay that makes sure ONLY ONE BEAM is ON at any given time the load will be 65W and it...

thanks for the feedbacks....over the years I have made several changes with feedbacks from the forum members... for example since early this year I replaced all the non-yamaha bolts with stainless steel bolts....

I am sorry you had these problems.. if you had contacted me I would have been glad to take it back.. If you still want to return the kit I would gladly take it back and work out appropriate refund.... I stand by my kit and do everything to make thing right.. I don't believe any of the forum...

Sincerely sorry that you are facing some problems. Hope this will help 1) The HEX bolts for the windshield screws into a nut on the windshield stay. The nut is open all the way through. The issue that the bolt is not going deep suggest there is some blockage with the nut. Remove the windshield...
