I have the schematic for the US version, and the sidestand switch is a blue wire with a green tracer coming out of the Starter interrupt cutoff relay. When that wire is grounded, the ECU thinks the sidestand is up. I would check continuity between the wire on the sidestand and the blue/green...

Take it from those of us who have seen this before. Lots of times before. You already got lucky with the sprocket, don't push it. The lock washer is seven bucks. We have seen some of the damage, both mechanical and human, that a departing sprocket and chain can do.

The most import part is that, when you drove the races into the frame, they seated all the way down against the ledge that acts as a stop. When correctly driven in, there should be no gap between the bottom of the race and the ledge it sits on.

I LOVE the CRG's. I had previously used cheap Chinese levers. They were crap.

^^ Lines and levers make a BIG difference. As for pads, I have used only the EBC HH for many years and never had an issue. I didn't test any others, and the HH's are pretty pricy, but they work great.
