I didn't see the thread that was open on buying/selling parts I only saw the classified ads link at the top of the page. Wow there's a lot of parts on here I'm so happy I didn't buy the parts I need yet, thanks for telling me about that.

I figured it was just the way the stator case broke it jammed the stator into the generator rotor were the 3 bolts on the generator rotor ground into the stator. But then again I was spinning in circles on the road when it happend so I didn't get a birds eye view on my bike as it was sliding...

FinalImpact I did not drive it after I dropped it It had no oil in it when I picked it up off the ground. Have not tried starting it sense it was shut off from the tip over switch. I plan on replacing the stator,generator rotor because they are beyond repair.

im sorry i said my flywheel was damaged. i meant the generator rotor. here are some pictures, i still haven't taken it off the bike yet.

I found it here Your Shopping Cart | Team Alpine Yes the flywheel is damaged but it's only on the front lip I don't think there is any further damage but I cloud be wrong. I'll post pictures of my flywheel when I get home today. And I just wanted to thank everyone for there help.

yes LAWLBERG with a little gravel added into that "asphalt skid resistance test" MOTOGIRO i didn't even think to test ohms ill go hold it up to the side of my fz6 and see if anything happens. ill have my buddy pour oil on it while i crank it over (just kidding). anyone know of a place online...

well my fz6 did about 6 spins on it at about 30mph. yep its dead :D
