So I took the clutch cover off and this little peice of clutch fell out at me. started to look around and the closest inside fiber plate was broke in a few large chunks.. I am thinking that this is where my noise is coming from...

ya I have always had a slight ticking noise I kinda assumed it was injector tick or some kind of solenoid

It sounds like it is coming from the clutch case. or top end it is really hard to tell.. it's weird the bike still has a lot of power and I did the load test on it going down the road and the sound of the noise didn't change which leads me to...

What I did was took the muffler off and cut the whole top off and gutted most of the fiberglass and baffles and wielded it back up.. it actually sounds pretty damn cool my friends say when I go by it sound like a Ferrari f430
