So for Me to get the 35mm sag recommended; I'm 40mm @ #1 and 30mm @ #2. I'm a light 165 w/gear and ride the tank more than the seat thus putting more weight up front. Have tried #3 and #4 so far and get almost no travel let alone bottoming out. Trying #1 this weekend just to see how funky. Ron

Anyone got a schematic? Not knowing specifics; Here's My W.A.G.! Hot Ckp or Cmp ; degregated a.c. sine to ecm: Stall and no restart till cooled a bit! The tach should be the dead givaway; It would 0 just before the actual stall! Remember this is just a WAG!!!! Ron

Then again: There's "funky ground syndrome" One electrical system stealing the ground of another. Weird, but true! But first do as recommended and load test the batt and definately check the connections. Just for kicks, You might test batt V with the vehical running and that darn turn signal...
